It is a real privilege to welcome you to our school at such an exciting moment in our journey. As we become Roade Village Academy, we are proud to be reconnecting with our roots and celebrating our place at the heart of the local community. There has been a secondary school on this site since 1956, serving generations of young people from Roade and the surrounding villages, and we are honoured to continue that legacy.

At Roade Village Academy, our culture is built on three clear foundations: Respect, Value and Aspire. These words shape who we are, how we treat one another and what we want for every young person in our care. We expect our students to show respect, to value themselves and others, and to aspire to be the very best they can be.

As a small village secondary school, we are able to know our students as individuals. We notice when they need encouragement, we celebrate their successes and we work closely with families to help them feel safe, supported and understood.

Our ambition is for every student to achieve their very best-not only in the classroom, but as a young person. We want our students to leave Roade Village Academy with confidence, kindness and resilience, ready for the next stage of their lives.
