At Roade Village Academy, our drive is always to ensure that every student is supported to achieve their best. Through our school culture of Respect, Value and Aspire, we are committed to recognising each young person as an individual, removing barriers to learning, and providing the right support so that all students can thrive.
Pupil Premium is additional government funding used to improve outcomes for disadvantaged students. At Roade Village Academy, we use this funding carefully and strategically to support academic progress, personal development, attendance, wellbeing and wider participation in school life.
Our approach is rooted in developing the holistic child. This means supporting not only students’ learning and achievement, but also their confidence, resilience, aspirations and sense of belonging. We want every student to feel valued, to access opportunities, and to leave us with the skills and ambition needed for future success.
We regularly review the impact of our Pupil Premium strategy to ensure that our provision makes a meaningful difference and reflects our commitment to helping all students achieve their full potential.
